Here's my favorite recipe as I do almost every week in some way, shape or form. I forgot ingredients, used more than one, unless another, substituted, omitted, you name it and it always proves delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
Process:
Mix and shake well. Store at room temperature well covered.
